"Metabolic Flexibility helps me fuel my body to perform at my best, physically, mentally and emotionally - when I'm functioning around 100% I can give others my best... What my members and I am putting into our bodies makes a WAY bigger difference than the 1-3 hours I see them per week." - Jess C. (Pictured) Flex Diet Certified Trainer + Founder of Project Better

When I finally finished my 18 years of university and started training clients, I had the philosophy that if I could change even just one person at a time to become a better human through health and fitness, I would be doing what I'm on this planet to do. THAT would be success.
I still believe in that philosophy BUT the way in which I do that has changed dramatically because of this one fact that I learned the hard way. --> You can't make anyone do anything. You can't make someone change.
This drove me NUTS! Because I knew how to help my clients reach their goals. They just needed to do what I told them to do, right?
Well, after years of trying to find a loophole in the fact that people have freewill (which I'll admit is a good thing ?), I finally developed a system that works with the freedom-craving, flexible nature of your typical human.
This system is called the Flex Diet. It combines the science of metabolic flexibility with the flexibility of choose-your-own-adventure interventions to keep your clients motivated, consistent, and inspired to take on their next challenge.
By understanding the context, theory, and practical application of the 8 metabolic flexibility systems, you will finally have the freedom and flexibility to use your best judgement as a master trainer.
THERE ARE 8 METABOLIC FLEXIBILITY INTERVENTIONS TO FOCUS ON:
PROTEIN
FAT AS FUEL
MICRONUTRIENTS
N.E.A.T.
TRAINING
FAT: DIETARY AND KETOGENIC
CARBS
SLEEP
in THE FLEX DIET CERTIFICATION, you will learn why, how, & when to use these in your programming.
