I started studying hrv back in 2010…

That’s right. HRV was a big part of my PhD thesis.

This was waaaaay back before there were any apps to measure HRV. I had to get subjects to come to the lab multiple times, hooked them to $10,000 worth of used equipment, custom write MATLAB code and then import the cleaned RR intervals into KUBIOS software...

...all to get a single HRV reading.

Fast forward to the advancement of apps like ithlete, and I could monitor all my athletes remotely for a fraction of the cost.

The downside was that I had to stumble my way through using the data to figure out - over much trial and error - what are the best methods to apply it to their training and lifestyle.

Over the past decade plus, I've reviewed thousand of data points on HRV and given lectures about HRV all over the world.

How long is the course?

Right now, it is 4.5 hours total without the last 4 bonus items. That may change a bit as I am constantly adding and subtracting to different areas.

Are you offering the course again?

My plan is to open enrollment 2 times a year, similar to the Flex Diet Cert. Keep in mind that next time the course will be more expensive, and my plan is to slowly raise the price over time.

Is this entirely online?

Yes, it is 100% online. You can access it anywhere that you have internet.

Do I have to complete the course within a certain amount of time?

How long have you been using HRV with your own clients?
